officially reserve your date
To officially reserve your date:
Your wedding is yours to forever cherish, so it's crucial we set up a consultation date for all of your precious details perfect (at least what you have planned so far). This consultation can be virtual, or in Billings if you are in the area. Once we finalize your final contract price and package selection, we require 30% down to reserve your wedding date.

There is nothing like the stress of planning a wedding. When it comes to budgeting and planning, we want to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Knowing you have many other vendors to work with, we offer payment plans according to your wedding date. Read more to find the link to schedule your consultation.
Your Custom Wedding Fair Perk
Because you attended the 2026 Billings Wedding Fair, you’re receiving exclusive fair-only pricing. Most couples save around $400 on average compared to standard pricing.
If you also pulled a bingo ball at the booth and wrote it down on your contact slip, you earned additional bonus discounts or credits on top of your fair pricing! Your full, personalized discounts will be confirmed during your consultation so everything is clear before you make any decisions. On top of fair discounts, bingo ball prizes, we have options to save even more with the sooner you book. Fair perks are availability-based, so if you’re interested in moving forward, I recommend scheduling a consultation soon before your wedding date fills up.
How Delivery Works
After the wedding day, your experience continues with a guided post-wedding viewing session.
During this session, you’ll:
- View your fully edited gallery
- Select the full-resolution images included in your collection
- Share any preferences for editing style or emphasis
- Ask questions about albums, prints, or additional artwork
- Use any print credits that you have stored
We believe your wedding memories should reflect what feels meaningful to you, not what I personally think you own forever. This process allows you to have a voice in your final selections while still receiving a beautifully edited, cohesive gallery.
You will still receive access to a complete online gallery for sharing with family and friends, and for ordering prints or additional digital files. The viewing session simply ensures that the images included in your collection are the ones you truly love most.
